48 Hour Cancellation Policy
RD Hypnotherapy understands that occasionally a client may need to cancel an appointment if unforeseen personal circumstances arise. If you cannot attend your booked session, RD Hypnotherapy asks that the client agrees to give at least 48 hours’ notice. Just call or email and we will be happy to rearrange your appointment. No fee will be charged when the client complies with this condition. A lot of time and preparation goes into the planning of each therapy session and it is unlikely the therapist’s time can be rebooked at very short notice.
