Hi, I’m Rebecca Donoghue (BA hons., Dip Hyp, GQHP, ISCH) and I’d like to welcome you to RD Hypnotherapy.

I'm a fully qualified and experienced clinical hypnotherapist, providing hypnotherapy services to clients either face to face in the Yorkshire/East Riding region of the UK or globally via Zoom online sessions.

After a successful career as a secondary school teacher spanning 15 years, followed by time out to start a family, I felt the need for a change of direction.  I'd always been interested in hypnotherapy and psychology, so when the opportunity presented itself I retrained with the well established Innervisions School of Clinical Hypnosis.

Local face to face therapy sessions for clients from Goole, York, Doncaster, Leeds and the surrounding areas take place either from my therapy room in Brayton (Selby) or at Action First Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic in Snaith (near Goole).  I am registered with practitioner status with both the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) and the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).  As a member of these professional organisations, I am committed to continued professional development and promote best practice at all times.

Everyone is different so I take the time to fully understand the issue my clients come to me to resolve and ensure an effective, personalised strategy is developed to help them on their way to making the positive changes they are looking for.

I love hearing from my clients after our sessions to find out how hypnotherapy has helped them to overcome their problems and the positive impact it's had on their everyday lives.
